Processing (Domestic & International)
: Processing may take 1-2 days for in-stock items. For backorder items may take 3-7 days before shipping please note that the shipment of the entire order may be delayed when adding backorder item.
: Domestic order will take 1-7 business days to delivered exclude public holidays within Thailand (orders shipped via EMS or Kerry express). Deliveries can take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address.
: International orders will take 3-15 business days to deliver exclude public holidays (orders shipped via DHL Express). Deliveries can take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address.
As soon as your order is ready to be shipped out we will send you a shipment tracking number confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded.
We ship WORLDWIDE. All of our orders are shipped our business days (Monday – Saturdays).

The shipping rate depends on destination country. You may check the shipping rate at the checkout process.
International orders may be charged import taxes and duties by your local customs depending on destination countries. Taxes and duties costs are not included in the total cost of your order. You will get a notification once the package arrived at customs (you will always be required to pay taxes or duties) please check your country’s import taxes and duties rules before you order. If you choose to reject the parcel due to decide not to pay import taxes and duties, the order will not be refunded.
For Domestic(Thailand) and international, we accept payment via credit card (2C2P).
: Domestic and International orders have 5 days from your package arrived to ship it back to our return center (It may take 3-15 business days for your order to arrive back at our return center). The return will only be accepted when Items meet our original condition (no marks or dirty spot on, all hang tags remain attached, all parts/accessories included, and Items are in their original packaging)
Please note: The shipping cost and International customs fees including taxes and duties that may apply during shipping are your responsibility.
We are not accept
• Product purchased during a sale period
• Items are not followed original condition (dirty marks on product, the smell of smoke, perfume, makeup, etc.)
• No tags remain attached
• Used product
• Lost some parts or accessories
• Damaged product
La Pieces has the right to refuse any returned if items do not meet the original condition. Returned Items will not send back to you.

Unfortunately, we unable to offer an exchange of items. We only accept return items(s).
